I think you should be able to make the leveling road & Both Malls a Sanctuary because to many people seem to attack each other there. I think you should do that if you cant we should like make a rule on that or something.

Agreed, until it is turned into a sanctuary if possible players who pvp will need to be warned then kicked.

I would have to turn the whole zones into a sanctuary...so I doubt tis possible unless we moved the mall to a subzone...
